Some days you have to look a little harder to find the joy than others! And sometimes, you find it right in front of you, when you take the time to open your eyes and look. Today, after I finally opened my eyes, I found plenty of joy….in the sounds of wings leaving the water, the silent glide of a resident hawk, in the warmth of a Sheltie sleeping on my lap, and an unexpected sunset leaving golden shadows on a fireplace mantel. Hope your day was filled with the same!
