Hope

When the world says, "Give up,"Hope whispers, "Try it one more time."

~Author Unknown

This is a crazy mixed up world we live in. Filled with senseless, heartbreaking tragedy that no one deserves. Filled with confusion and hate and hurt and greed and evil. And yet, in the midst of the darkest days, we can still finds seeds of hope. Hope in the words of a beautiful poet as she delivers a stunning tribute to the school and kids she loves so much. Hope in the unsung heroes that spring into action as if there were no other choices, in the darkest of moments. Hope in the simple sights of tulips that refuse to go down for the count, to succumb to the death grips of April freezes. In this crazy world of winter coats and snow in April, unspeakable sadness and heartbreak, I turn and look for other, more familiar sights and sounds of spring......whispers in April that no matter how crazy, life goes on. May you also find simple joy...and whispers of spring in the sounds of laughing children playing baseball in your backyard, the scent of fresh cut grass, the taste of asparagus, fresh from your garden, picked and eaten raw....and the touch of the sun, warming your winter white arms in the middle of a glorious April day....proof that hope continues to whisper to all of us, if we stop and listen!

You say what I feel, and thank-you!
