I found simple joy today in radiant red blooms, now neglected with the changing of the seasons. Blooms that continue to grow, sending their roots deeper, keeping their faces to the sun, showing me just how good things are, on this day, at this moment in time. More lessons in life found in the beauty of these blooms...lessons about worrying less about where we live and spending more time living where we are. Lessons about finding the good spots in life... making the most of where we're at...never taking anything for granted...and enjoying the ride while it lasts!
