And rain it has, for the last three days. Beautiful summer rain.......rain just made for turning brown grass green, forcing one last bloom from a sun burnt gasping daisy, showering away the country road dust from my little Honda... leaving behind the lovliest of rainbows.....and a world that just sparkles! Could there be a greater simple joy than walking barefoot through a summer rain puddle.....or a bloom more beautiful than one found sparkling with raindrops? In the middle of a week when hope bubbles slowly, patience wears thin, and prayers are raised up......rain, beautiful summer rain has come. Let it be our sign.
