Joy hangs on the side of our garage and waits to greet me each morning! He never fails
to bring a smile to my face....especially in winter. Such beautiful memories I see in his
face...of wine tasting along a strip between Santa Fe and Taos....of hand made tacos in an
off-the-beaten path restaurant in Taos, filled with locals. Memories of snow falling softly... huge, fluffy flakes on ancient church gates and stucco walls....and bright blue doorways and red tile rooftops. Memories of talking and walking and taking pictures...and laughing. A beautiful trip, designed to be the sunshine that drove the winter from our lives that year! And a beautiful treasure that continues to do the same,
year after year.
